By Bizodisha Bureau, Bhubaneswar, June 28, 2022: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday will address All‘Investors’ Meet’, jointly organised by the State government and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), in Dubai on June 28.

The Naveen’s team, which includes Chief Secretary Suresh Mohapatra and Industries Principal Secretary Hemant Sharma among others is has been trying its best to bring as much investment as possible in the fields like petrochemicals, plastic, food processing, sea food processing, textiles and tourism. The Meet is being organised with an aim to attract potential investors from the Middle East and adjoining regions.

‘Odisha is the first choice of investors for its conducive environment for industrialisation. The event in Dubai will be very helpful in attracting investors from the MENA region’, the CMO OdishaTweeted on the eve of the Meet.

Nearly 500 Odias residing in UAE, Bahrain, Oman and nearby countries will be attending the interaction of Naveen with the diaspora tomorrow. The Meet also aims to strengthen Odisha’s economic ties with the Middle East and North Africa MENA region.

Sources said the Odia expats in MENA region are likely to urge the Odisha CM for a direct flight between Dubai and Bhubaneswar.
