By Bizodisha Bureau, Bhubaneswar, May 5, 2016 : The private intra-state air service provider Air Odisha Aviation Pvt Ltd (AOAPL) is in deep trouble with ITCL Ireland Ltd on Thursday joining the list of complainants alleging monetary fraud by the air service operator.

A top executive of ITCL Ireland Ltd Steven Nixon on Thursday met a top state government official and formally lodged a complaint against AOAPL.

Nixon claimed that AOAPL had obtained aircrafts on contract from the company and Rs 2.5 crore is due on them, sources added.

Mitesh Khimji, director of Khimji Jewellers (KD & Sons Pvt Ltd) on Monday had filed a FIR with the Khandagiri police that AOAPL had cheated him of Rs 1.5 crore.

Another investor Sandeep Ray, son of BJP MLA and hotelier Dilip Ray, had also levelled similar charges against AOAPL of cheating him of Rs 40 lakh and had filed a case with Khandagiri police.
