Really this is an welcome step of the Odisha government. To develop Odisha, agriculture development is the key. However, the action should be reflected in terms of budget allocation for the farming sector and farmers.A special package for the sector is necessary. For example, investment in agricultural infrastructure like constructing mandis, ware houses, cold storage at each panchayat is required.
