By Bizodisha Bureau, Bhubaneswar, August 2, 2015 : Vigilance sleuth on Wednesday has launched massive raids on the residences and officer of Odisha Drug Controller Hrishikesh Mohapatra, who has been accused of amassing disproportionate assets beyond his known sources of income, a Vigilance official said.

Acting on a tip off, a vigilance team is presently raiding Singh’s residences in the state capital here and his ancestral house in Baragarh, sources said.

The vigilance sleuths also are searching Mohapatra’s office to seize vital documents that could lead to prove the latter’s illgotten wealth while in government service.

By this evening, the Vigilance department is expected to come up with a statement on the valuation of properties held by Mohapatra and his family members, sources said.
