By Bizodsha Bureau, Bhubaneswar, August 10, 2015 : Odisha government will soon come out with a policy to provide houses to people of all sections of the society. The draft policy will be placed before the Cabinet for approval, urban development minister Puspendra Singhdeo said.

After the first meeting of Odisha Housing Mission, chaired by chief minister Naveen Patnaik at the Secretariat here today, Singhdeo said the decision aimed to help economically weaker sections, low income group and people living in slum areas.

The State government will implement the scheme in coordination with the Centre’s ‘Housing For All’ programme, the minister added.
