By Bizodisha Bureau, Bhubaneswar, July 13, 2015: The Navaratna public sector metal major National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), has entered into an Research & Development Cooperation Agreement with Aluminium Pechiney (AP) / Rio Tinto Alcan.

The agreement was signed between Dr. B.K. Satpathy, Executive Director (BD), NALCO and Bernard Allais, Director (Sales and Marketing), AP Smelter Technology on Friday, a Company release said on Monday.

N.R. Mohanty, chairman-cum-managing director, other director, and other senior officials of NALCO were present on the occasion.

Various developmental research activities in collaborative efforts will be taken up between the two companies under this agreement.
