Why not NABARD present a statement or depict a digital map accessed with district wise detailed information, storage technogy to adopt (including procedure on development & retaintion of grain quality) & timeline to complete that can attract public investment in future, if viable. Otherwise all we think NABARD as anathor pro political party. Its a great idea. But doing it with transparency at the behest of digital ration card will matter. Why not pilot any area to expand further.
