By Bizodisha Bureau, October 28, 2026: The winter session of Odisha Assembly will commence from November 18 and continue till December 31.

A notification in this regard has been issued by the Assembly secretariat.

The supplementary budget will be tabled on the first day of the session. The appropriation bill will be tabled on November 30.

The session has total 33 working days.

The winter session is likely to be stormy as the opposition members are expected to raise several issue including law and order, flood mismanagement, MMDR Amendment Act and Kotia issue.
