Vedanta, a global diversified natural resources group of companies on Monday unveiled its new logo that focuses on People, Planet and Prosperity and symbolizes distinct virtues of Vedanta’s professionalism, sustainability, ethics and integrity.
The new logo will strategically position Vedanta’s consistent commitment towards the growth of its low cost operations, leverage technology to deliver innovation and superior value to its shareholders, a press release issued by the company said.
The new logo was launched in the wake of renaming of “Sesa Sterlite Limited’ to ‘Vedanta Limited’.
“In continuation of having a unified brand proposition, this logo refresh symbolizes Vedanta’s un-wavered commitment towards creating greater value for our domestic and global stakeholders, as a diversified natural resources group of companies,” said Tom Albanese, CEO, Vedanta.
The rich heritage of Vedanta’s brand proposition is further augmented with this logo refresh, for inclusive and integrated communications to be seen as a unified global diversified natural resources group of companies.
The logo will be adapted by all the divisions/group companies along with their respective logos and this move will help align with the company’s goal of being a unifying brand across its Indian and global operations, according to the press release.
