By Bizodisha Bureau, Bhubaneswar, January 27, 2019: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday launched developmental and welfare projects worth Rs 1100 crore for the Gnajam district.

While projects worth Rs 716 crore were inaugurated by the CM, foundation stones for projects costing Rs 296 crore were laid by him at a public meeting in Rangeilunda.

He also distributed financial assistance to 25000 farmers of the district under the KALIA scheme.

Later in the day, Patnaik left for New Delhi on a two-day visit. He will attend a crucial meeting at the Odisha Bhawan at Delhi on Monday and meet some Union Ministers to discuss about developmental projects pertaining to the State.
